Configuration files for a Simoco repeater

Yet more gremlins, this time I'm advised that Dave Healeys files were corrupted sometime after they had been uploaded. I've now reloaded them but they can be had direct from Dave or myself if you have any further problems.

A simple repeater made up from two SRM9005 radios, boxes only, no control heads, is very easy and needs only the crossover cable available from Team Simoco

I'm getting a number of requests now for configs for these devices and so I've attached them to this post. The files are the two configs Tx and Rx for the actual repeater radios plus an example config for both the portable radios and the base. These are very simple and have frequencies for UKSAR repeater channel R6 only. Although programmed to send and receive GPS, you would need either a Dmap board (expensive but recommended) or an MA-ASIG accessory board fitted in order to give you the additional output port needed for the connection to the computer. You then have just about all you need for GPS via a wide area repeater.

However in the attached configurations, it's as simple as it gets. Just blow them into the respective radios and if I've been concentrating properly, it should work as is.

This post is as basic as the principle involved so if anyone needs any further information then please contact me and I'll do what I can. Obviously they can get a lot more complex than is shown here but this will work and can serve as a start when setting up a wide area repeater system.
