MRMapEdit v1.5

I am starting to work on version 1.5

Current intended changes are;

1) Remove number of tiles to load up/down boxes.
2) Allow users to specify the order of radios as they will be displayed on the asset panel.

Could Dave include a menu item within MRMap itself to "fire up" the MRMapEdit application

Yes I could do this, but I don't want to make it too easy for the general user to start playing around with settings! This should be the preseve of a few knowledgle souls who (should) know what they are doing...
